Kimberly Taylor is the director of operations and chief compliance officer at Vantage Financial Partners Limited. Her involvement in operations includes establishing processes, recognizing trends, training and managing the administrative staff, and supporting both the investment and financial planning sides of the business. She brings these areas together in order to efficiently utilize resources and maintain a high level of client service.
As chief compliance officer, Kimberly is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the firm's compliance program. She ensures the firm meets regulatory requirements through the establishment of internal policies, procedures, and by keeping abreast of regulatory changes and revisions. Additionally, she provides compliance supervision for all of the firm's officers and employees, reviews and audits the internal operations, and helps protect clients by maintaining clear communication regarding how the firm operates and different aspects of the services being provided.
Kimberly joined the firm in 2006, after accumulating professional experience in a variety of areas. Her entrepreneurial spirit enables her to bring a strong sense of ownership and dedication to her role. Among other positions, she spent five years as a partner in a real estate appraisal firm; operated her own computer consulting business; and structured operations for a television production company.
Kimberly previously held the Series 7, 66 and 24 FINRA licenses. She is an active member of her church and enjoys participating in ministry work with her children.
